Online talks and networking event with Climate Action Leeds, People Powered Homes,  ZCY Buildings group and AECB Yorkshire.

With the focus on Insulation and moisture risk in homes and a spotlight on some of the low carbon building and retrofit projects happening in the Yorkshire region


Talks include:

  • "Internal wall insulation: key considerations' - Nicholas Heath, Technical Director of Sustainable Traditional Building Alliance will be discussing the importance of good internal wall insulation specification and installation and how, if done badly, it can lead to unintended consequences including moisture risk. 

  • Insights from timber frame Passivhaus development at Drighlington (including open day details) - Andy Pickup, Technical Director, TimberTight

  •  People Powered Retrofit - Camilla Govan explains how PPR supports householders to plan, procure and deliver home retrofits
