Learning and evaluation
A Learning and Evaluation Framework is being developed to enable continuous reflection, learning, and monitoring of the Climate Action Leeds programme as it develops.
Working closely with all Work Packages, the Framework will set out the approach to how progress can be measured and evidenced and how programme learning can be supported.

A flexible annual review has been built into this to ensure that it is responsive to emerging themes and activities, is able to capture progress made, and that learning is shared within and beyond the programme.
CAG Consultants are the Climate Action Leeds learning and evaluation partner.
They are leaders in evidence-based research, advice, and engagement for environmental, economic and social sustainability, and an asset to the programme.
